However, this is far from a two-horse race. True Love, trained by Aidan O’Brien, brings in the best peak performance figure and had an excuse for her defeat in the Phoenix Stakes, having not originally been intended to run. Stablemate Beautify adds further depth, especially considering her form in the Moyglare and Airlie Stud Stakes. Fitzella, meanwhile, has quietly built a strong profile with solid showings across Group 2 and 3 levels, and she’s not to be overlooked.
Elsewhere, Anthelia adds Super Sprint-winning credentials, while Havana Anna brings a continental angle after her runs in France. Yet among this high-calibre group, one contender continues to stand out.
