Main Bet: Rafa Cabrera Bello
Our main pick for this week is Rafa Cabrera Bello, who won the first time at this level only nine months ago in the Open de Espana. We particularly like his profile as he loves Kyle Phillips courses: he won the Scottish Open and was second in the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship at the beginning of the year. Since that week in the Middle East, he hasn’t had a great time missing four cuts out of nine, but last year’s last win came in a similar run. So this is a track that can suit him well, and at this high price, there is plenty of value to be having.

Joachim B. Hansen (Each-Way) To Win

Each Way Bet: Joachim B. Hansen
Our second pick for this week is Joachim B. Hansen, as we hope that he will be capable of delivering here. He won his second time at this level in the back of 2021, and this season has only been able to achieve a top five, in the Steyn City Championship. Last time here, he was top 15 halfway, and the Dane looks capable of staying at least in contention once again here. He finished third at Castle Stuart, seventh at Lake Karrinyup and two times 5th and second at Spey Valley. He was also sixth at Vallda and T22nd here last year, so he surely has the history that suggests he might be able to be one of the protagonists this week, and his each-way price looks interesting.
