Free Accumulator Calculator: Calculate Your Acca Winnings Instantly
Introduction: Use our free Accumulator (Acca) Calculator to work out your potential returns and profit for any multiple-leg bet. Whether you are placing a football four-fold, a horse racing treble, or a massive 10-leg acca, this tool handles the math instantly.
It supports both Fractional and Decimal odds and allows you to simulate “Void” results to see how a postponed match affects your payout.
How to Use the Acca Calculator
Manually calculating an accumulator can be tricky because the winnings from the first leg become the stake for the second leg, and so on. Here is how to use this tool:
- Enter Your Stake: Input the amount of money you intend to bet.
- Select Odds Format: Switch between Decimal (e.g., 2.5) or Fractional (e.g., 6/4) using the toggle button.
- Input Your Selections: Enter the odds for each leg of your bet.
- Set the Result: By default, all legs are set to “Win.” You can change a leg to “Void” (if a player is injured or match postponed) or “Lose” to see how it impacts the total.
- View Winnings: The calculator automatically updates your Total Return and Total Profit.
What is an Accumulator Bet?
An accumulator (or “Acca”) is a single bet that links together two or more individual wagers. To win the bet, all your selections must win.
The main advantage of an Acca is that the odds multiply together. This means you can turn a small stake into a large profit, although the risk increases with every leg you add.
- Double: 2 selections
- Treble: 3 selections
- Four-Fold: 4 selections
- Acca: Usually refers to 4 or more selections.
How Are Accumulator Odds Calculated?
The formula for an accumulator is simple multiplication. You multiply the decimal odds of every selection together to get your Total Odds.
The Formula:
TotalReturn=Stake×(Odds1×Odds2×Odds3…)
Example Calculation: If you bet £10 on a treble with the following decimal odds:
- Arsenal to win: 1.5
- Liverpool to win: 2.0
- Man City to win: 1.8
1.5×2.0×1.8=5.4 (Total Odds)
£10×5.4=£54 Total Return
Your profit would be £44 (£54 return minus your £10 stake).
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What happens to my Acca if one match is Void or Postponed? If a match in your accumulator is postponed or voided (e.g., a “Push” in Asian Handicap), that specific leg is removed from the calculation. Your bet essentially reduces by one fold. For example, a 5-fold Acca becomes a 4-fold Acca. The rest of the bet remains active. You can test this in the calculator above by selecting “Void/Push” on one of the rows.
What is the difference between an Acca and a Bet Builder? An standard Acca combines selections from different matches (e.g., Liverpool to win, Chelsea to win, Real Madrid to win). A Bet Builder (or Same Game Multi) combines multiple selections from a single match (e.g., Liverpool to win, Salah to score, Over 2.5 goals). Note: You usually cannot use standard accumulator math for Bet Builders because the events are related. This calculator is designed for standard cross-match accumulators.
Does this calculator handle “Each Way” Accas? This tool is designed for standard “Win” accumulators, which are the most common form of football betting. For Each Way bets (common in horse racing), the math requires splitting the stake into “Win” and “Place” parts.
