Juventus are coming into this important clash on the back of a very positive week. Not only were Massimiliano Allegri’s men able to secure a spot in the Europa League semifinal against Sevilla after drawing 1-1 at Sporting CP, but their 15-point deduction decision was reversed.
This means that they will now take on Napoli as the third team in the Serie A table, with the possibility of securing more points to consolidate their top-four position. Napoli, on the other hand, are looking to bounce back after being eliminated by AC Milan in the Champions League.

Juventus’ Struggles
Even if recently things have taken a positive turn for Juventus, their recent form has been shaky, as they have only been able to win one of their last five matches in all competitions, with two draws and two defeats in the period. They have lost the last two Serie A matches against both Lazio and Sassuolo and will be motivated to make amends for the humiliating 5-1 defeat they suffered against Napoli in January.
This is not going to be easy, as they have lost three of their last four games against teams sitting in the top six in Serie A, and with their Coppa Italia semi-final second leg against Inter Milan just around the corner, The Old Lady might slightly prioritise that match over Sunday night’s one.
Napoli’s Resilience
Napoli have lost some of the brilliance they had previously, and as a result, they were eliminated by AC Milan in the Champions League. Luciano Spalletti’s men have now won just one of their last five games, even if we need to consider that three of these were against a top Milan side. Napoli’s away record in the league remains impressive, as they have won the last seven matches with just one goal conceded during that run.
They are currently sitting in 14th place, with a six-point cushion over the relegation zone. They will be keen to follow up with a positive result on their home ground, which should further consolidate their position against fellow relegation battlers West Ham.
Juventus vs Napoli Main Betting Tip: Draw
Both teams are coming to this match in not-perfect conditions. Napoli are the better side, but recently they have struggled to win games even against teams significantly weaker than them. In their last Serie A match, they drew at home against Verona, and what is most worrying for Spalletti is that they are struggling to score goals.
As far as Juventus are concerned, avoiding their third consecutive defeat in Serie A would be their main priority, considering they are facing the better team in the league.

As mentioned, both teams will be pretty tired heading into this clash, and there is some resentment from Juventus on the back of the humiliating 5-1 defeat suffered in the first leg. Filip Kostic will have the duty to both attack and defend against Lozano, and he might have to use some fouls to stop him at times.
The Serb has an average of 0.9 fouls per game and has already been booked three times this season, so he is likely to be shown a card at some point in what is going to be a complex game for Juventus. Even if Juventus’s back line hasn’t been particularly impressive in recent games, I do expect they will make it very difficult for Napoli to score. The Partenopei seems to have lost a bit of brillance going forward, with Osimhen in not-perfect conditions.
They failed to score against Verona last weekend and have only scored a single goal in the two games played in the Champions League against AC Milan. Add to this that both teams will feel fatigue in the second half, so backing a 0-0 draw looks like a very interesting bet, all things considered.
