Littler, meanwhile, continues to prove why he is the favourite in many eyes. The teenager dazzled in Glasgow, producing a string of high averages on his way to securing his first Premier League win of the season. He faces a tough opening clash against Gerwyn Price, who finally got off the mark last week with his first match win of the campaign before falling to Humphries in the semi-finals.
Rob Cross takes on Nathan Aspinall in what could be a key battle, particularly given Aspinall’s struggles of late. The Asp has endured a torrid spell, managing just six victories since his World Championship quarter-final run and suffering early exits in the recent Players Championship events. His opponent, Cross, will be keen to capitalise on that poor form, especially given that Aspinall has had the upper hand in their recent meetings.
Elsewhere, Michael van Gerwen squares off against Chris Dobey, with the Dutchman aiming to bounce back after an early exit at the Players Championship 3. Dobey, on the other hand, enjoyed a successful run at that event, taking home the title, and will see this as a chance to prove he belongs among the top contenders.
With a packed evening of top-quality darts ahead, all eyes will be on Dublin to see who can seize control of Night 3.

Best Bet for Premier League Night Three Action: Luke Humphries to Win Night 3
Given the way the tournament has unfolded so far, Luke Humphries looks to be the standout choice to claim victory in Dublin. Despite his loss to Luke Littler in last week’s final, he remains the most consistent performer in this year’s Premier League, sitting at the top of the standings after two nights of action.
Humphries’ ability to maintain a high level of play across multiple matches has set him apart from his competitors. He already has one nightly win under his belt and has reached the final in both outings so far, showing his capacity to handle the pressure of the Premier League format. With Dublin having been a successful venue for him last season, there is every reason to believe he can repeat that feat.
Another crucial factor in his favour is the draw. He begins the night against Stephen Bunting, a player yet to register a win this season. Given the form disparity between the two, Humphries is heavily favoured to progress to the semi-finals. With Littler and Van Gerwen positioned on the other side of the bracket, there is a strong possibility that Humphries will avoid his biggest rivals until the final, giving him a clear path to another deep run.
His performances so far have also been backed by impressive scoring power and finishing accuracy. He overcame Price in Glasgow before running into Littler’s brilliance in the final, but his level of play has remained consistently high.
