- Availability: Position Payout is available pre-race on selected UK & Ireland Horse Racing from 10:00 AM UK Time on the day of the race. For selected Australia and New Zealand racing, it opens at 01:00 AM UK Time. For races in North America, South America, and other international meetings, markets open one hour before the first race start—provided Fixed Prices are available.
- Market Type: Position Payout is a fixed odds market. The payout is determined by the multiplier associated with the position your horse finishes in.
- Cash Out Rules: Position Payout bets may be Cashed Out only before the race begins.
- Exclusions:
- Not available on Antepost markets.
- Not eligible for Best Odds Guaranteed or Odds Drift Protector.
- Bet Credits: Can be used for Position Payout bets. However, the Bet Credits stake itself is not included in any potential returns.
- Non-Runners:
- If a non-runner is priced 5.75 or greater, your bet stands at the original price.
- If a non-runner is 5.50 or shorter, your bet is recalculated based on prices at the time of withdrawal.
- Runner Limitations: If the total number of runners becomes equal to or fewer than the number of payout positions at the time of bet placement, all bets on that race will be void.
- Dead-Heats: In the event of a dead-heat, the full multiplier value for the higher finishing position will apply. Example: if your horse dead-heats for 3rd, you’ll receive the full 3rd place payout.
