Avant Nous (5/1) — bet365
Made a promising return last time and looks sure to come on for that run. With W J Lee aboard for the in-form Paddy Twomey yard, Avant Nous could play a big part here.
Diamond Exchange (7/2) — Betvictor
This filly brings some solid experience to the table and looks capable of progressing. Shane Foley takes the ride again, and Diamond Exchange is respected.
Drama Queen (12/1) — bet365
Didn’t show much on debut but open to improvement for top connections. Gavin Ryan takes over, and a better effort would not surprise.
Feel The Burn (50/1) — BetMGM
Needs to improve significantly on what she’s shown so far. Leigh Roche partners this outsider, who may find this task a little tough.
In My Teens (9/4) — bet365
An encouraging debut second suggests there’s plenty more to come. Gary Carroll keeps the ride, and In My Teens should be well suited by the step up in distance.
Railwayview Lady (25/1) — Betvictor
Still learning her craft but has shown a little promise. Robert Whearty claims the ride, and Railwayview Lady could outrun her odds.
Two For Joy (6/1) — bet365
Caught the eye on debut despite finishing fifth. Wayne Lordan remains on board, and this filly is likely to improve with experience.
Valencia (11/4) — BetMGM
Ran with credit on her return and holds strong claims here. Scott McCullagh’s mount should be in the mix if taking another step forward.
Verdict
An open race, but In My Teens is fancied to get off the mark here, with her debut effort looking full of promise. Valencia will provide a strong challenge, while Two For Joy could offer value at a bigger price.

1. Al Rojo Vivo – 80/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Still searching for any kind of form, she’s yet to beat a rival home across three starts. Unless she finds monumental progress, this looks an impossible task. Hard to recommend based on existing evidence.
2. Angelight – 2/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Looked promising on her seasonal reappearance, closing strongly in the final furlong at Naas. Trained by Joseph O’Brien and should benefit for the outing. High on the shortlist and likely to be involved at the finish.
3. Givehertilxmas – 100/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Well held in her trio of appearances so far, and despite a good draw, her profile lacks substance. Will need to find major improvement to have any say in the outcome.
4. Lil’ Angel – 7/2 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Ran with plenty of encouragement on debut and hinted at future promise. With Colin Keane doing the steering and a top yard behind her, she may take a step forward with the experience now banked.
5. Naoi – 15/8 (Best Odds: bet365)
Has shown promise with a pair of consistent efforts, suggesting there’s more in the tank. Drawn well and ridden by W J Lee, she seems primed to mount a bold challenge. A serious contender.
6. Rajala – 12/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Only one run under her belt, where she showed flashes of potential in fifth. That debut effort was fair, and coming from the Weld camp, further progression seems possible. Could be one to surprise at a price.
7. Senior Situation – 100/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Finished tailed off on her only appearance, offering little encouragement. Plenty to prove and would be a shock result should she figure. Looks up against it.
8. Senti Qua – 33/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Hasn’t made an impact on either of her two starts but shaped with a touch more purpose last time. Needs to build on that and find a few lengths to trouble the principals.
9. Vanderbilt House – 5/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Been placed in two of her five outings and displays a dependable level of form. She might not have the sparkle of the more unexposed types but her experience could prove valuable in a tactical race.
10. Western Dreamer – 100/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Made little impression on debut, finishing well down the field. Early days, but she’ll need a huge leap forward in performance to trouble more established rivals.
Verdict
The standout on paper is Naoi, who’s shaping up like a filly on the verge of a breakthrough, and the Twomey/Lee combination is in cracking form. Angelight has undeniable credentials and should be right there if she progresses again. For value seekers, Rajala could step up on debut and sneak into the placings at a healthy price.

1. One More Wave – 12/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Failed to show much late last season, and though he carries top weight, his form is patchy. Unless returning fresh with renewed spark, others make stronger cases.
2. On A Session – 16/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Nine-year-old with glimpses of past ability, but his recent form lacks the punch needed at this level. The draw isn’t ideal, and he looks one to oppose unless finding a resurgence.
3. Convincing – 10/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Showed promise on seasonal return and has blinkers reapplied. Should come forward again and could be a player if pace is solid. Interesting contender for place terms.
4. Loingseoir – 9/2 (Best Odds: bet365)
Veteran with flashes of past consistency, running into form with an eye-catching second last time. May need luck with his apprentice up, but is weighted to challenge again.
5. Colugo – 15/2 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Still relatively unexposed for his age, and although he hasn’t won yet, his form this season suggests a breakthrough isn’t far away. Solid each-way candidate from a nice draw.
6. Dragon Of Malta – 11/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Not seen since the winter, and his turf record is mixed. On best figures, he’s capable, but fitness questions remain and market signals will be key.
7. Dynamic Force – 4/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Turned in a fine effort when runner-up on his latest run and seems to be peaking. A strong traveller who can go close if he gets cover from a wide stall.
8. Clonmacash – 25/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Been a while since his last meaningful run, and while he has ability, he appears out of form lately. Needs a clear upturn in performance to be competitive here.
9. Camachero – 16/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Patchy profile and difficult to predict. While he’s tried blinkers and other aids, his lack of consistency casts doubt. Risky type but not without a hint of potential.
10. La La Lucrative – 7/2 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Scored well on latest appearance, putting it all together for an overdue win. Lightly raced and open to further progress, she commands serious attention here despite a tougher mark.
11. Uncle Albert – 25/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Failed to show anything of note since joining handicaps and doesn’t arrive with appealing figures. Needs a complete revival to be considered.
12. Brains – 9/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Can spring a surprise when the mood takes him, and though last time’s run was poor, he did land a win not long before that. Dangerous if he clicks, but tough to catch right.
13. Run Forrest Run – 22/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Won a couple of starts ago but flopped on reappearance. Unlikely to get the run of the race from a tricky position unless things open up late.
14. Cornahilt Soldier – 20/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Returned with little encouragement and will need a lot more than what he’s shown in recent outings. Hard to build a case based on current form.
15. Daymer Bay – 100/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Struggling to get involved in recent starts and lacks tactical speed to land a blow in a big field. Needs something extraordinary to challenge.
16. Distillate – 33/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
A regular also-ran of late, finding it hard to make any headway. Will require both a strong pace and a dramatic upturn in form to figure.
17. Gegenpressing – 33/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Posted a victory earlier in the campaign but struggled to repeat it since. Others appeal more based on current trajectory.
Verdict
Plenty with claims, but Dynamic Force looks primed to strike after a near-miss, and his recent efforts mark him out as one going the right way. La La Lucrative deserves plenty of respect after a sharp victory last time, while Colugo is worth noting for place money from a good gate.

1. Charanda – 10/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Keeps turning up without really making a significant impact, but she hasn’t been disgraced. With an experienced rider booked, she could sneak into the frame if she finds a little extra late on.
2. Remember The Bear – 8/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Got closer on her second start this season and could be coming to hand now. Plenty more could come, and if she breaks sharply, she could take up a good position early and stay on.
3. Weegeebear – 9/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Already has a win on the board and has remained consistent without always threatening. Versatile and honest, he may find a few too quick this time but could still grab a minor placing.
4. Bamako – 25/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Hasn’t shown anything since last year and recent runs haven’t hinted at improvement. With cheekpieces staying on, it may be damage limitation again.
5. Sovereign Banter – 8/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Much better last time when narrowly denied, suggesting she’s starting to find her feet. With a capable rider aboard and confidence improved, she looks a potential improver worth noting.
6. Annie Lavinia – 7/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
She’s held her form well this year and has been thereabouts in competitive fields. If able to replicate her recent efforts, she could go close under a smart jockey.
7. Eric Lock – 9/2 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Reliable type who’s been knocking on the door, placing in several recent starts. With top pilot Colin Keane taking the ride, he has a live shot at making the breakthrough today.
8. Jasmine Affanalis – 25/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
No signs of promise so far and it’s hard to recommend her at this stage. Unless something has significantly changed behind the scenes, she’ll struggle once again.
9. Micasso – 12/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
This gelding hasn’t made much of an impact but has shown tiny sparks of promise. Could go better from a low weight, though it’s hard to bank on.
10. Searcog – 22/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Returned after a layoff with little to show, and it’s tough to see where the necessary improvement will come from. Probably best watched for now.
11. Letters Of Love – 9/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Has been hovering around the places and has the profile of one who could take advantage if things fall his way. Could grab a place again, particularly from a good pitch.
12. Breath Of You – 11/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Mild signs of life on his second run back, but he’ll need to take a solid step forward to trouble the leaders here. Hard to fancy strongly but not entirely discounted.
13. Undefeatable – 10/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Hasn’t lived up to his name, but he’s run a couple of races that hinted he could do better in a race like this. Could spring a surprise if he finds rhythm early.
14. Kilgharrahs Love – 11/2 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Steady type with a couple of decent pieces of form and appears to be progressing slowly. Likely to be in the shake-up if he continues his upward trend.
Verdict
A tight affair where cases can be made for several, but Sovereign Banter appears to be the one trending the right way after a much-improved effort last time. Eric Lock continues to hold form and commands respect under a top jockey. For punters seeking value, Charanda might outrun her odds and snatch a place if things fall right.

1. Cristal Clere – 10/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Capable of putting in a bold effort when conditions suit, and his seasonal return hinted he retains plenty of enthusiasm. Needs to step forward again, but not discounted if the race turns tactical.
2. Samui – 13/2 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Brings a vast experience base, particularly over hurdles, and while his Flat form is limited, he does stay well and could be dangerous if the tempo turns searching. One to consider at a price.
3. Shanroe – 25/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
A veteran with mixed credentials who has lacked spark in his more recent efforts. Likely playing catch-up in this field unless rediscovering his old spark. A tall task awaits.
4. Taipan – 12/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Turned in a better effort on his most recent appearance, and though he’s generally struggled in top company, his best form suggests he could sneak into the minor money if things fall right.
5. Dallas Star – 4/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Coming into form with a fine second last time, and already a winner this campaign. Steps into listed company now and could be a serious player if staying the longer trip. Definitely warrants respect.
6. Duraji – 12/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Lightly raced and still finding his way, though he’s shown enough to suggest he belongs at this level. The step up in distance remains a question, but the pedigree offers some hope. Interesting outsider.
7. Poetic Sound – 4/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Solid performer on the rise who has thrived in the spring. Hasn’t done much wrong of late and looks suited to this stamina test. Big player under a top jockey and looks one of the safest options.
8. Goodie Two Shoes – 10/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Lightly raced mare who came back from a long absence to win and then follow up with a strong showing. Has to prove she stays this far, but is a danger to all if she sees it out.
9. La Isla Mujeres – 4/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Talented type who wasn’t seen often last year but delivered in good style on her final run. Should improve with maturity, and though she’s untested at this distance, the step up could unlock even more.
10. Royal Entry – 10/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Progressive profile and arrives off a victory, albeit at a lower level. Faces a much sterner test now but comes from a top yard. If she continues her trajectory, she could trouble the more established names.
Verdict
A few with claims, but Poetic Sound gets the vote as the most consistent and reliable in the line-up, with form that’s trending in the right direction and no doubts about fitness or trip. La Isla Mujeres is intriguing and looks poised to take the next step, while Dallas Star brings strong handicap form that might translate well to this class.

1. Among The Pines – 100/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Debut effort offered little encouragement and with limited expectations, he’s likely to struggle again. Will need dramatic improvement to feature in this company.
2. Atheneum – 10/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Only seen once last year, where he shaped with some promise before a long absence. Likely to improve with maturity, and could run well if fully wound up for this return.
3. Bursinel – 16/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Ran some consistent races last season and finished close on a few occasions. Makes seasonal debut now and fitness might be a concern, but ability-wise, he can’t be ruled out for minor honours.
4. Diesel Deans – 25/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Struggled to make an impact on his first start and there wasn’t much promise to take from that. Likely to need more time and experience before troubling the principals.
5. First Ascent – 22/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Took a step forward last time when finishing midpack, and while more progress is needed, he’s going in the right direction. An outside place chance if improving again.
6. Milverton – 50/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Was well beaten on both starts to date and doesn’t bring compelling form into this contest. Hard to support unless showing dramatic change.
7. Colpe Cross – 18/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
One quiet run under his belt, and while he’s entitled to improve, this still looks a stiff ask. Probably best watched unless market support arrives.
8. Navy Waters – 2/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Twice placed this term, both times running with real credit and shaping as though a win is near. Handles the trip and ground well, and sets a good standard for others to match.
9. Rosemount – 100/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Nothing of note shown so far, and with no standout indicators for improvement, he’s unlikely to be involved. Very hard to make a case for him on form.
10. Seo Linn – 5/4 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Interesting contender coming off a hurdles background, and represents a leading yard with a strong record in this type of race. Should stay the trip and has to be considered a major player.
11. Spring Dance – 9/2 (Best Odds: bet365)
Finished third on debut and showed plenty of ability that day. If she takes a step forward from that outing, she could pose a real threat to the favourites. One to watch closely.
Verdict
This looks a strong opportunity for Navy Waters to finally get off the mark after a pair of solid second-place finishes. Seo Linn brings an intriguing profile to the table and could be dangerous if adapting swiftly to this discipline. Spring Dance shouldn’t be dismissed either, having shown ability on debut and with scope to progress.

1. Angelo Pio – 4/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Bounced back with a solid effort last time and has been gradually edging closer to a breakthrough. Carries strong form lines and the step up in distance looks a plus. Major contender with progress likely.
2. Beat The Devil – 22/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Limited impact so far, but hasn’t been knocked about. While his rating leaves plenty to be desired, there could be more under the bonnet. Needs to leap forward to challenge.
3. Broadstone – 4/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Has been shaping well in each run, with signs of promise on his last two starts. Likely to be suited by this longer trip, and with experience on his side, he’s on the shortlist.
4. Cooley’s Mist – 5/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Yet to truly show his hand in two outings, though the pedigree and connections warrant a second look. Could surprise a few if stepping up with the headgear applied for the first time.
5. Diva Time – 33/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Offered very little in her juvenile runs and returns in blinkers. She’d need a dramatic transformation to land a blow here. Hard to fancy on what’s been shown so far.
6. Georg Zhukov – 14/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Struggled to land a punch in recent efforts, but early signs were more encouraging. If rediscovering that spark, he could be one to surprise at longer odds.
7. Minella Boss – 11/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Put in a pair of decent runs as a juvenile, though his return was underwhelming. With fitness now on side, a better showing wouldn’t be a surprise, especially if settling early.
8. Nakatomi – 10/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Has disappointed in both runs this season and might be flattered by past performances. Needs to bounce back in style and doesn’t arrive with obvious momentum.
9. Rubadub Dubh – 12/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Outpaced and outclassed in a trio of runs, though he’s bred to stay this trip. Colin Keane taking the reins is a positive move, so not one to ignore entirely.
10. Summer Island – 9/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Took a step forward when last seen, hinting that she may have turned a corner. Drawn well and from a stable capable of readying one, she could go well at a price.
11. Alba Chiara – 22/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Still finding her feet after just two outings. Modest so far, but it’s early days and her yard has pulled surprises before. Not totally dismissed for minor money.
12. Electric Beauty – 12/1 (Best Odds: Unibet)
Ran well in both her starts this year and keeps shaping as if a win is near. Looks nicely progressive and shouldn’t be far away if she handles the track.
13. Lady Plimsoll – 14/1 (Best Odds: bet365)
Her early-season form was respectable, though her latest effort was below par. Has something to prove now but could bounce back if conditions are right.
14. Tirhakah – 16/1 (Best Odds: Betvictor)
Showed limited promise in two outings, but with a better draw this time and more racing experience, improvement can’t be ruled out. Outsider with a squeak.
Verdict
A compelling field, but Broadstone appeals most with his steadily progressive profile and form suggesting the trip is well within range. Electric Beauty continues to move forward and looks a real danger, while Summer Island could offer decent value if building on her latest effort.
