1. Dolly’s Delight – 12/1 (Bet365)
Dolly’s Delight has been unplaced in both starts for her previous trainer, and she’ll need to show significant improvement on her stable debut for Julie Camacho. With Joanna Mason in the saddle, she faces a challenge, but a better showing isn’t out of the question with a new yard.
Bet on Dolly’s Delight at Bet365
2. Fastnet Jenkins – 12/1 (Betvictor)
This Grant Tuer-trained newcomer is an intriguing prospect, and given the yard’s good form, she is one to watch in the betting. With Oliver Stammers aboard, any positive market support would suggest a big run could be on the cards for this debutant.
Bet on Fastnet Jenkins at Betvictor
3. Maddelina – 9/1 (Unibet)
Maddelina, a well-bred filly, makes her racecourse debut for John & Sean Quinn. Jason Hart rides, and given her pedigree, she has potential to run well first time out. If she takes to the conditions, she could be involved in the finish.
4. Monetize – 7/2 (Bet365)
Monetize made a promising start when finishing third on her debut at Thirsk, showing signs of greenness but staying on well. With that experience under her belt, Andrew Breslin’s 3lb claim makes her a leading contender, and further improvement is likely.
5. No Nay Nevermind – 33/1 (Unibet)
No Nay Nevermind struggled on her debut at Ripon, finishing well down the field. She has a decent pedigree, but there needs to be a dramatic improvement in her second start. Andrew Mullen keeps the ride, but she remains an outsider.
Bet on No Nay Nevermind at Unibet
6. Thecoffeepoddotco – 5/1 (Betvictor)
Thecoffeepoddotco showed early promise but has been disappointing in her last two outings. Trainer Richard Hannon applies cheekpieces for the first time, and with Paul Mulrennan in the saddle, she has a chance to bounce back to form if the headgear helps.
Bet on Thecoffeepoddotco at Betvictor
7. Callisto Dream – 6/1 (Bet365)
Callisto Dream is a well-bred newcomer, being the first foal out of a useful mare. Trained by Edward Bethell and ridden by PJ McDonald, this filly has potential on debut, and market support would make her an even more interesting prospect.
Bet on Callisto Dream at Bet365
8. Lilchita – 50/1 (Unibet)
Lilchita has been well beaten in both of her starts and hasn’t shown enough to suggest she’ll be involved here. Cam Hardie rides again, but a significant improvement is required for her to make any impact in this race.
9. Luna A Inbhir Nis – 50/1 (Betvictor)
Luna A Inbhir Nis is another debutant for trainer Katie Scott. She comes with a modest purchase price, and although Rowan Scott takes the ride, it might be best to watch how she performs here before forming a stronger opinion on her ability.
Bet on Luna A Inbhir Nis at Betvictor
10. Maid Of Killybegs – 9/2 (Unibet)
This Charlie Johnston-trained filly is well bred and should be capable of running a big race on debut. Rossa Ryan is an eye-catching booking, and Maid Of Killybegs could make a bold start if she lives up to her pedigree.
Bet on Maid Of Killybegs at Unibet
11. Thecla – 4/1 (Bet365)
Thecla ran with promise on her debut at Southwell, staying on well for fifth over a shorter trip. She looks likely to improve for the experience, and Tom Eaves keeps the ride for trainer Kevin Ryan. She’s one to keep onside in this contest.
12. Baby Rover – 50/1 (Betvictor)
Baby Rover was well beaten on her debut at Musselburgh and will need to show significant progress to feature here. Shane Gray takes the ride, but she’s an outsider in this contest and needs more time to develop.
Bet on Baby Rover at Betvictor
Verdict
Monetize is expected to improve from her encouraging debut and should take all the beating here. Thecla could be the main danger after a promising first run, while Maid Of Killybegs is an interesting debutant with strong pedigree.

Every Race Live On RacingTV Restricted Novice Stakes (For horses in Bands C and D) (GBB Race)
Winner £3,780, 2nd £1,775, 3rd £888, 4th £444
3-5yo, 8 Runners
Flat,Turf , 5f 182y , GOOD (Rail movements: 3.50, 4.25, 5.00, 5.30 & 6.02 +5yds)
1. The Feminine Urge – 2/1 (Bet365)
The Feminine Urge showed significant improvement when winning last time out, suggesting she is getting the hang of things after a couple of moderate runs. Callum Shepherd retains the ride, and her recent form makes her a strong contender in this field, with the extra weight unlikely to hold her back.
Bet on The Feminine Urge at Bet365
2. Cugini – 7/1 (Betvictor)
Cugini has been running consistently this season but has yet to notch a victory. His recent efforts have been solid but unspectacular, and Rowan Scott takes the ride again. He will need to find a bit more to get his head in front, but he is not without a chance if things fall into place.
3. I Need Your Love – 9/2 (Unibet)
This filly has been improving gradually, and her last run showed she’s heading in the right direction. Billy Garritty teams up with her again, and with blinkers applied for the first time, she could step up further. The extra assistance might just be what she needs to get involved at the finish.
Bet on I Need Your Love at Unibet
4. Stirrup Cup – 8/1 (Bet365)
Stirrup Cup has been thereabouts in most of her starts, but she’s yet to find that extra bit needed to win. David Allan takes the reins, and the cheekpieces return in an attempt to sharpen her up. If the headgear helps, she could well be in the mix.
5. Brooke Winder – 9/1 (Betvictor)
Brooke Winder hasn’t quite been able to replicate her early season form, but she still has the ability to turn things around. Shane Gray rides, and the application of first-time visors could bring out some improvement. She’ll need to show more, but she’s not out of contention just yet.
Bet on Brooke Winder at Betvictor
6. Zadkiel – 11/2 (Unibet)
Zadkiel has shown glimpses of ability but is yet to really make an impression. Jason Hart rides once again, and while there’s potential for improvement, she needs to step up on her previous performances to challenge for top honours.
7. Marry The Night – 16/1 (Bet365)
Marry The Night has struggled to make an impact in her races so far, but there have been flashes of potential. Duran Fentiman rides, and if the first-time cheekpieces help, she could spring a surprise. However, she’ll need to find significant improvement to get involved.
Bet on Marry The Night at Bet365
8. Love Games – 15/2 (Betvictor)
Love Games has been largely underwhelming in her starts to date, but she has shown enough to suggest that she could improve in the right conditions. Tom Eaves takes the ride, and this Kevin Ryan-trained filly might just have more to offer over this trip.
Bet on Love Games at Betvictor
Verdict
The Feminine Urge has shown clear improvement and looks the one to beat after her last win. I Need Your Love could be a danger if blinkers have the desired effect, while Stirrup Cup is another who could get involved if headgear brings about improvement.

Flat,Turf , 5f 182y , GOOD (Rail movements: 3.50, 4.25, 5.00, 5.30 & 6.02 +5yds)
1. Atomise – 8/1 (Bet365)
Atomise has been a consistent performer this season, placing regularly, including a strong second over this course and distance earlier in the year. With the visor used for the second time and Connor Beasley aboard, she holds solid each-way claims in this competitive field.
2. Mrs Trump – 13/2 (Unibet)
Mrs Trump has been in fine form this year, winning twice, including her latest start at Redcar. The softer ground should play to her strengths, and with Mark Winn’s 3lb claim, she could be in the mix once again if continuing her upward trajectory.
3. Sounds Of Spring – 7/2 (Bet365)
A proven mudlark, Sounds Of Spring relished the heavy conditions last time out at Ffos Las, winning decisively. Raised 7lb for that victory, Oisin Orr continues the partnership, and with similar conditions expected, he should be a leading player once again.
Bet on Sounds Of Spring at Bet365
4. The Gay Blade – 6/1 (Betvictor)
The Gay Blade dead-heated for first place at Hamilton back in July, proving he handles softer ground well. With a break since that run, he returns fresh for this, and with Andrew Mullen back in the saddle, he has every chance of being competitive again under ideal conditions.
Bet on The Gay Blade at Betvictor
5. Marie’s Secret – 16/1 (Unibet)
Marie’s Secret hasn’t shown much recently but could improve with the softer ground in her favor. David Allan rides for Tim Easterby, and although she needs to find a bit more, the conditions could suit her better this time around.
Bet on Marie’s Secret at Unibet
6. Agnes Grey – 20/1 (Betvictor)
Agnes Grey remains winless after 13 starts and has been largely disappointing this season. Trainer John Quinn applies new headgear to try and bring about improvement, but she’ll need a big step forward to feature in this.
Bet on Agnes Grey at Betvictor
7. Badosa – 33/1 (Unibet)
Badosa showed early promise with two all-weather victories but has struggled since switching to turf. His recent form is unconvincing, and although David Nolan takes the ride, he’s hard to recommend based on current performances.
8. Bandello – 25/1 (Bet365)
Bandello has yet to show much in his seven starts, with recent efforts offering little encouragement. James Sullivan retains the ride, but unless there’s marked improvement, he’s unlikely to trouble the main contenders.
9. Mayo County – 7/1 (Betvictor)
Mayo County has been consistent without winning and put in a solid effort last time out on the all-weather. Although he has plenty to prove on turf, Ryan Sexton’s 3lb claim could make a difference if he handles the ground.
Bet on Mayo County at Betvictor
10. Back Tomorrow – 16/1 (Unibet)
Back Tomorrow has been out of form on turf recently but prefers softer ground, which he will encounter here. Rowan Scott takes the ride, and if conditions play to his strengths, he could be a surprise package in this race.
Bet on Back Tomorrow at Unibet
11. Vanity Pays – 16/1 (Betvictor)
Vanity Pays has been largely disappointing in her last few starts but has shown ability in the past. With Daniel Tudhope in the saddle and a decent draw, she might offer some each-way value if rediscovering her earlier form.
Bet on Vanity Pays at Betvictor
12. Piper’s Fort – 20/1 (Bet365)
Piper’s Fort is another who enjoys softer ground, and while his recent form has been below par, the conditions could bring out a better performance. PJ McDonald is booked for the ride, but improvement is essential for him to challenge here.
13. John Kirkup – 13/2 (Unibet)
John Kirkup has been running well without winning, regularly finishing in the frame. His recent second at Catterick was a solid effort, and with Ben Robinson aboard, he should be thereabouts once again in this contest.
14. Asadjumeirah – 12/1 (Betvictor)
Asadjumeirah hasn’t won in over a year but has put in some decent efforts in similar conditions. Cam Hardie rides for Antony Brittain, and while he needs to find a little more, he’s certainly not out of the running in a race like this.
Bet on Asadjumeirah at Betvictor
15. Ignac Lamar – 25/1 (Bet365)
Ignac Lamar has shown little in recent outings and looks out of sorts. Amie Waugh takes the ride for Jim Goldie, but a big improvement is required if he’s to get involved in the finish here.
16. Miss Calculation – 16/1 (Betvictor)
Miss Calculation’s form has been hit-and-miss this season, but she won over 7f on soft ground earlier in the year, which gives her some claims. Callum Shepherd rides, and if the conditions suit, she could be an interesting outsider from a good draw.
Bet on Miss Calculation at Betvictor
Verdict
Sounds Of Spring is the one to beat after an impressive victory on heavy ground last time. The Gay Blade and Mrs Trump also have strong chances, with the latter in good form and proven on soft ground. John Kirkup could offer value, having been running consistently without winning recently.

1. Secret Command – 6/1 (Bet365)
Secret Command has been running consistently and showed signs of a return to form when finishing third at Beverley on his latest start. This C&D winner has Connor Murtagh on board, and he could be poised for another bold showing if reproducing that effort.
Bet on Secret Command at Bet365
2. Stash The Cash – 4/1 (Unibet)
Stash The Cash shaped well when finishing fourth over 6f here last time, and this drop back to 5f could be just what he needs to get back in the mix. David Allan takes the ride again for Tim Easterby, and he’s expected to put up another solid effort.
Bet on Stash The Cash at Unibet
3. Jack Of Clubs – 15/2 (Betvictor)
Jack Of Clubs has been a little hit-and-miss in recent starts but showed his ability with a win on soft ground in July. Connor Beasley rides again, and if he handles the conditions, he could bounce back to form in this contest.
Bet on Jack Of Clubs at Betvictor
4. Lotus Rose – 7/1 (Unibet)
Lotus Rose has been running respectably without winning this summer, and after a recent wind operation, connections will be hoping she can find more. With Jonny Peate claiming 3lbs, she’s not without a chance if the surgery proves beneficial.
5. Astapor – 20/1 (Bet365)
Astapor hasn’t been able to replicate his winning form from earlier in the season, but he’s now 5lbs lower than when last victorious in May. With Sean Kirrane in the saddle, he’ll need to rediscover his best to figure here.
6. Eldeyaar – 7/2 (Bet365)
Eldeyaar comes into this race in fine form, having made all to win easily on the all-weather last week. Carrying a 5lb penalty, he remains a leading contender under Alex Jary, and if he can transfer that form back to turf, he could be tough to beat.
7. Inanna – 4/1 (Unibet)
Inanna has been knocking on the door in her last two starts, finishing second on both occasions. Paul Mulrennan continues to ride for Jim Goldie, and although she has yet to win since her debut, her recent form suggests she’s due a breakthrough.
8. Warminster – 14/1 (Betvictor)
Warminster won at Ayr earlier this season but has been struggling for form since. Jason Hart is back aboard for Katie Scott, and although the horse needs a bounce-back performance, a return to his earlier season form could see him involved.
Bet on Warminster at Betvictor
9. Golden Prosperity – 16/1 (Unibet)
Golden Prosperity grabbed a win last month but has been well beaten in his subsequent starts. Tom Eaves rides again, but unless he can rediscover his previous form, he looks up against it in this competitive field.
Bet on Golden Prosperity at Unibet
10. Sassy Soprano – 9/1 (Betvictor)
Sassy Soprano has been running consistently without quite managing to get her head in front. Rowan Scott rides, and although she’s winless after 11 starts, she could have each-way claims if maintaining her current form.
Bet on Sassy Soprano at Betvictor
Verdict
Eldeyaar is the one to beat following his impressive all-weather win last time. Inanna looks primed for a big run after two second-place finishes, and Stash The Cash could also be in the mix if the drop to 5f suits. Secret Command is another who could feature if reproducing his recent form.

1. Bolton – 66/1 (Betvictor)
Bolton, a former bumper winner, returned to the track this year after a long layoff but has struggled to make any impact on the flat. With David Nolan in the saddle, he would need to show significant improvement to challenge in this contest.
2. Desejada – 20/1 (Unibet)
Desejada has been modest in her outings so far, including a third-place finish in her latest run where she was beaten by 11 lengths. With Ryan Sexton riding for John Butler, the step up to 1m3f may help, but she will need to find more to trouble the top contenders.
3. Edward Cullen – 66/1 (Bet365)
Edward Cullen was well beaten on debut over 7f, and his breeding suggests he might be better suited to shorter distances. With Connor Beasley riding, a marked improvement is required for him to make any impression here.
Bet on Edward Cullen at Bet365
4. Magic Glen – 66/1 (Betvictor)
Magic Glen has shown little in her two starts so far and will need significant improvement to feature here. With Sean Kirrane riding for Katie Scott, she remains an outsider in this field.
Bet on Magic Glen at Betvictor
5. Meridian Way – 20/1 (Unibet)
Meridian Way finished well down the field on his debut at Hamilton. Jason Hart retains the ride for Charlie Johnston, but a marked improvement is needed if he’s to figure in this race.
6. Rained Off – 66/1 (Bet365)
Rained Off was tailed off on his debut at Southwell, and while he steps up in distance here, it’s difficult to make a case for him based on that effort. Cam Hardie takes the ride, but he looks unlikely to challenge.
7. South Pole – 3/1 (Betvictor)
South Pole showed promise early in his career, finishing second in a 7f maiden for Aidan O’Brien. Since switching yards, he has been running fairly without winning, but with Callum Shepherd in the saddle and the application of new headgear, he could be a contender if things fall into place.
Bet on South Pole at Betvictor
8. Catch The Light – 5/2 (Unibet)
Catch The Light has been knocking on the door, placing in two of his three starts this season. The step up to 1m4f should suit him, but the softer conditions are a concern. Jason Watson rides for Andrew Balding, and he’s expected to be a major player if handling the ground.
Bet on Catch The Light at Unibet
9. Christian Bruce – 4/1 (Bet365)
Christian Bruce made little impact on his debut at Goodwood, finishing well beaten. However, this William Haggas-trained gelding is expected to come on for that run, and with Daniel Tudhope in the saddle, he could take a big step forward here.
Bet on Christian Bruce at Bet365
10. Games People Play – 2/1 (Unibet)
Games People Play has shown some decent form in both novice and maiden company over 1m2f but hasn’t progressed in handicaps. With Rossa Ryan riding for Ralph Beckett, the step back to maiden company could see her get her head in front.
Bet on Games People Play at Unibet
11. Krissy – 50/1 (Betvictor)
Krissy, a daughter of Calyx, makes her racecourse debut in this contest. Andrew Mullen rides for Lucinda Russell, and while she may need the experience, her pedigree suggests she could be one to watch in the future.
12. Melinda – 25/1 (Bet365)
Melinda has yet to show much promise in her starts so far and was well beaten on her latest outing at Hamilton. Oisin Orr rides for Lucinda Russell, but she needs a big improvement to feature here.
13. Rainproof – 25/1 (Unibet)
Rainproof showed some modest form as a juvenile but hasn’t been seen since last year. Rhys Elliott takes the ride, and while he steps up in trip here, he’ll need to show improvement to challenge.
14. Xander Nevett – 50/1 (Betvictor)
Xander Nevett has been well beaten in both his novice starts and looks out of his depth in this contest. Jack Garritty rides for Jedd O’Keeffe, but improvement is required for him to have any chance of getting involved.
Bet on Xander Nevett at Betvictor
Verdict
Games People Play returns to maiden company and looks the one to beat after showing decent form in stronger races. Catch The Light is a big threat if handling the softer ground, while South Pole has the potential to be in the mix with the application of headgear likely to help. Christian Bruce could also step forward from his debut and offer each-way value.

1. William Dewhirst – 12/1 (Bet365)
William Dewhirst has struggled this season but showed some improvement when finishing a close sixth over 7f here last time. This will be his first run at around a mile, and with Joanna Mason in the saddle, he could be an interesting outsider if he stays the extra distance.
Bet on William Dewhirst at Bet365
2. Strongbowe – 12/1 (Unibet)
A winner over this C&D last year off a higher mark, Strongbowe hasn’t quite rediscovered that form this term, but his second at Thirsk two runs ago suggests he’s still capable. Sean Kirrane rides again, and if he returns to that level, he could be in with a shout.
3. Distinction – 14/1 (Betvictor)
Distinction has picked up four wins this season, including one at Pontefract in July, but hasn’t been able to match that form recently. He enjoys softer conditions, which could help him bounce back, making him a potential threat if conditions play to his strengths.
Bet on Distinction at Betvictor
4. She’s Got Bottle – 33/1 (Bet365)
She’s Got Bottle has found life tougher since winning two races earlier in the season. Tom Eaves takes the ride, but with recent form dipping, she’ll need to show a return to her earlier performances to have a say in this.
Bet on She’s Got Bottle at Bet365
5. Alpine Sierra – 10/1 (Unibet)
Alpine Sierra is capable on his day and ran a strong second at Ayr in July, but he hasn’t been at his best in recent starts. Amie Waugh claims 3lbs, and if the six-year-old can find his best form, he could be a danger.
Bet on Alpine Sierra at Unibet
6. Isle Of Wolves – 4/1 (Betvictor)
Isle Of Wolves is in excellent form, having secured a win over C&D last time out. The soft ground should suit him well again, and with Cam Hardie retaining the ride, he looks set to go close once more and is a strong contender in this field.
Bet on Isle Of Wolves at Betvictor
7. Manigordo – 20/1 (Bet365)
Manigordo has shown glimpses of ability but hasn’t been able to maintain consistent form this season. Connor Murtagh rides again for Adrian Nicholls, and while the seven-year-old is a capable performer, he needs to rediscover his winning ways to be competitive here.
8. Colorada Dancer – 16/1 (Unibet)
Colorada Dancer won a maiden on soft ground last year but has failed to progress this term. Oisin Orr rides for Richard Fahey, and while the three-year-old filly has potential, she’ll need to rediscover her earlier form to have any impact.
Bet on Colorada Dancer at Unibet
9. Chatty – 20/1 (Betvictor)
Chatty has placed multiple times this season but hasn’t quite been able to break through. She’s been off the boil in her last two starts despite wearing cheekpieces, which she retains here. David Allan rides again, but she’ll need to step up to figure.
10. Shahnaz – 8/1 (Unibet)
Shahnaz has picked up two wins this season for her new yard but wasn’t as effective last time out. The softer ground isn’t expected to suit her, and Jason Hart will need to produce something special to get her back to winning ways.
11. Medici Pass – 16/1 (Betvictor)
Medici Pass has found life tough since his two wins on the all-weather earlier this year. Andrew Mullen rides, but this four-year-old needs to show considerable improvement on softer ground to be competitive in this race.
Bet on Medici Pass at Betvictor
12. Epidavros – 8/1 (Bet365)
Epidavros has been knocking on the door with three solid efforts in handicaps recently. PJ McDonald rides again, and while this filly has yet to win, she’s shown enough to suggest she could go close if the conditions don’t catch her out.
13. Makalu – 5/1 (Unibet)
Makalu has been ultra-consistent this season with three wins and several places to his name. His second on heavy ground last time out shows he can handle soft conditions, and with James Sullivan aboard, he’s expected to be in the mix once again.
14. Braes Of Doune – 7/1 (Betvictor)
Braes Of Doune has been in good form, with two wins over 7f and 1m last month. He handles softer ground well, and with Paul Mulrennan riding for Jim Goldie, he could be one to watch if the conditions suit.
Bet on Braes Of Doune at Betvictor
15. Mighty Power – 12/1 (Bet365)
Mighty Power has put in some sound efforts recently, but this trip over a stiff mile on soft ground might not play to his strengths. Callum Shepherd rides again for Stella Barclay, and while he’s not without a chance, others look better suited.
Verdict
Isle Of Wolves is in great form and looks well-positioned to follow up his recent C&D win. Makalu is the main threat, having been consistently in the frame this season. Braes Of Doune is another who could go well if the ground doesn’t turn too soft, while Epidavros offers solid each-way value based on her recent performances.

1. Hectic – 5/1 (Bet365)
Hectic didn’t make the most of his drop in class at Doncaster last time, but he remains on a handy mark. With Daniel Tudhope in the saddle, he’s capable of running a better race, and the soft ground may bring out improvement in him.
2. Broken Spear – 12/1 (Unibet)
Broken Spear is a seasoned campaigner with multiple wins over 5f to 7f. He started the season in decent form but was well beaten on his last all-weather start. If he can rediscover his earlier form, he could be competitive in this company.
3. Ugo Gregory – 14/1 (Betvictor)
Ugo Gregory ran well when second at Beverley in July but hasn’t quite matched that performance since. David Allan rides again for Tim Easterby, and if he recaptures his best, he could be a player in this wide-open race.
Bet on Ugo Gregory at Betvictor
4. Detective – 8/1 (Bet365)
Detective is a course specialist with six wins here, making him dangerous despite his recent lackluster effort. Connor Murtagh is back on board, and if this eight-year-old finds his form again, he could have strong each-way claims.
5. Roach Power – 11/2 (Unibet)
Roach Power hasn’t shown his best form this season, but he’s capable over this trip and has won at the course before. Paul Mulrennan rides, and given his previous successes around this time of year, he’s one to consider if bouncing back.
6. The Amazon – 10/1 (Betvictor)
The Amazon won a maiden over 6f earlier this season but has been disappointing since. Now gelded and stepping up in trip, P J McDonald rides for James Tate, and he could be a different prospect with the changes made.
Bet on The Amazon at Betvictor
7. Gainsbourg – 14/1 (Bet365)
Gainsbourg has won over 7f and 8.5f but has been out of sorts recently. Andrew Mullen rides again, and while he has a bit to prove, he has shown enough ability in the past to warrant consideration if returning to form.
8. Myal – 5/2 (Unibet)
Myal’s victory at Haydock last time is looking even stronger with subsequent winners coming from the race. Rossa Ryan takes the ride again, and if he handles the softer ground, he looks set to go close once more with just a 4lb rise to contend with.
9. Catton Lady – 8/1 (Betvictor)
Catton Lady has been placed six times over 5f to 7.5f and has performed well on softer ground in the past. Joanna Mason rides for the Easterby yard, and with the trip likely to suit, she could have strong each-way claims.

10. Rainwater – 10/1 (Bet365)
Rainwater has dropped down in grade and returns to a trip that should suit. He’s shown glimpses of promise this season, and Oisin Orr rides for Richard Fahey. If he finds his best form, he could surprise a few in this company.
11. On Point – 33/1 (Unibet)
On Point has been well below his debut-winning form and has struggled to make an impact this season. Ryan Sexton rides again, but he will need to rediscover his early ability to have any chance of getting involved here.
12. Sassoon – 33/1 (Betvictor)
Sassoon won over 7f and 1m last year but hasn’t been seen on the track since. With Andrew Breslin claiming 3lbs, this eight-year-old might need this run to get back into shape, but if fully tuned, he could outrun his odds.
Verdict
Myal looks to be improving rapidly and should follow up his Haydock win with another strong showing. Roach Power is a big danger if bouncing back, while Detective can never be discounted at Carlisle. Catton Lady also offers good each-way value, especially if the ground softens up.
