Newcastle Draw No Bet
Tottenham v Newcastle
Newcastle's record at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is the foundation here. Jaissle's side have won 13 Premier League away matches against Spurs — more than any other opponent — and their last two visits both ended 2-1 to Newcastle. Tottenham arrive having lost six of their last eight Premier League meetings with the Magpies, without a clean sheet in 14. The Draw No Bet format also provides protection against Newcastle's tendency to drop points from winning positions — 29 dropped since the start of last season, more than any other Premier League side.
Both Teams To Score
Sassuolo v Torino
Torino are unbeaten against Sassuolo since September 2022 and have won just once at the Mapei Stadium in 11 Serie A visits. Che Adams arrives having scored in each of his last two league matches and will be difficult to contain. Sassuolo showed genuine attacking intent on matchday one — recording more shots than any other team — despite limited personnel following the departures of Pinamonti and the absence of Berardi and others. Both sides have recently scored and conceded, and a fixture with this head-to-head history suggests neither defence will hold firm.
Both Teams To Score No
Fiorentina v Frosinone
Frosinone failed to score against Juventus on matchday one, coming closest through a Calvani header that struck the crossbar. Their top threat Ghedjemi is absent amid transfer speculation. Fiorentina, meanwhile, sent out seven debutants against Roma and are likely to be without Moise Kean — their leading scorer in each of the past two seasons. With both attacks carrying significant absences and Frosinone returning to the top flight against a reorganising home side, the conditions favour a low-scoring match where at least one side fails to find the net.
Over 2.5 Goals
Sevilla v Atletico Madrid
Sevilla have scored five goals across their opening two La Liga matches, including a 3-1 victory at Athletic Bilbao. Atletico arrive with Robin Le Normand suspended, Alexander Sorloth doubtful and Julian Alvarez's availability uncertain following a training absence on Thursday. That defensive disruption, meeting a Sevilla side in strong early-season scoring form at home, points toward a match with room for goals at both ends. Atletico scored twice in their 2-2 draw with Villarreal last time out, and recent meetings between these clubs have not been defensive affairs.
The second weekend of the European season rarely delivers settled performances, and Saturday’s card reinforces that point across four competitions. In North London, a Tottenham side still searching for their first Premier League points host opponents with a head-to-head record at that ground that their own league form cannot easily explain. In Reggio Emilia and Florence, Serie A’s opening weekend left both sets of hosts looking for a first win, but the attacking situations surrounding their opponents are where the real interest lies. And in Seville, two sides who have both been scoring freely in La Liga’s early rounds meet with a disrupted Atletico Madrid travelling south. Four different arguments, four different markets.
Tottenham vs Newcastle
The gap between Newcastle’s general away form and their specific record against Tottenham is sharp enough to drive a selection through. In the broader top-flight picture, Matthias Jaissle’s side have won just four of their last 22 Premier League road trips. At the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, they have won 13 Premier League away matches — more than against any other opponent. Their last two visits here both ended 2-1 to Newcastle, and they have won three of their last four trips to North London. That consistency against this specific opponent is the core of the case.
Spurs arrive at this match carrying a 3-0 opening-day defeat at Brentford, a midweek cup win over Charlton and an injury list that includes James Maddison, Mohammed Kudus, Xavi Simons, Dejan Kulusevski and Wilson Odebert, with Pape Sarr a further doubt. Sandro Tonali, the club’s £100m summer signing, is expected to start in midfield, and new arrival Savio impressed from the bench in the cup — but Tottenham have lost six of their last eight Premier League meetings with Newcastle and failed to keep a clean sheet in any of the last 14 such encounters. That record endures regardless of who is available.
The Draw No Bet format matters here because Newcastle have dropped more points from winning positions than any other Premier League side since the start of last season — 29 in total. A game Newcastle lead but cannot hold is a realistic scenario, and the market converts that outcome into a stake return rather than a loss. The real risk is a Tottenham home win, which their five-season run of opening-day home victories — 14-1 on aggregate — shows is not impossible. But against this opponent, at this venue, the history carries enough weight to support the selection.

Sassuolo vs Torino
Start with the head-to-head record and its implications for each side of the Both Teams To Score market. Torino are unbeaten against Sassuolo anywhere since September 2022 and completed the league double over them last season. Their record specifically at the Mapei Stadium is more emphatic still: Sassuolo have won just once from 11 home Serie A meetings with this opponent. That sustained dominance in a familiar venue strongly supports the expectation that Torino will score.
The question for Sassuolo is whether they can contribute from the other end against a visiting defence that conceded two quick second-half goals to Milan last weekend. Alberto Aquilani’s side generated more shots than any other team on Serie A’s opening matchday, even if only one found the net in a 2-1 defeat at Atalanta. That volume suggests an attacking intent that has yet to produce consistently. The concern is that Sassuolo are without Domenico Berardi, Ismael Kone, Fali Cande and Edoardo Pieragnolo, while top scorer Andrea Pinamonti has left for Lazio. Kieron Bowie is expected to lead the attack in his absence — a significant reduction in established goalscoring experience.
Che Adams provides the most vivid individual context on the Torino side. He scored a wonder goal against Milan last weekend and a late equaliser against Juventus on the final day of last season, and arrives here aiming to score in three consecutive league matches. Torino also managed only four away Serie A wins last season, which is a genuine counterpoint. Yet against an opponent they have not beaten in almost four years, with Sassuolo short of key personnel, the conditions for both sides reaching the scoresheet look more favourable than the home side’s absences might initially suggest.
Best bet: Both Teams To Score
Fiorentina vs Frosinone
The Fiorentina side that lost 4-0 to Roma last weekend sent out seven players making their league debut for the club in the same match. New coach Fabio Grosso is working with a heavily reconstructed squad, and that defeat looked like a team finding its shape against one of the division’s more established forces. Saturday’s opponent is different in almost every relevant way. Frosinone are newly back in the top flight after finishing one point behind Serie B champions Venezia last season, and they went to Juventus on matchday one without scoring, coming closest to a point when Gabriele Calvani’s late header struck the crossbar.
Frosinone’s attacking options carry additional uncertainty. Fares Ghedjemi, who missed the Juventus match amid transfer speculation, adds further doubt to their capacity to threaten a Fiorentina defence that, whatever its current shape, will face a visiting side stripped of one of their more direct goalscoring threats. Frosinone did post 11 away wins in Serie B last season — a league-high — and Giacomo Calo created three chances against Juventus, having recorded 25 goal involvements in the second tier. Their willingness to attack is not in question.
The most directly relevant historical precedent is the previous meeting in Florence, where Fiorentina won 5-1 — a match after which Frosinone were relegated. These are different squads and a different context, but the venue has not been kind to the Canarini. More immediately, Moise Kean — Fiorentina’s top scorer in each of the past two seasons — is likely to miss Saturday after limited involvement against Roma, with a move to Como appearing increasingly probable. Pellegrino is expected to lead the line. With both sides carrying meaningful attacking absences and Frosinone’s top-flight scoring record on matchday one blank, a clean sheet for at least one side is a credible outcome.
Best bet: Both Teams To Score No
Sevilla vs Atletico Madrid
Sevilla’s early La Liga form is the starting point. A 2-1 win over Rayo Vallecano was followed by a 3-1 victory at Athletic Bilbao — five goals from two matches and six points that have put Luis Garcia’s side second in the table. That scoring output, at home on Saturday, matters against a visiting side arriving with a disrupted squad.
Robin Le Normand is suspended for Atletico after being sent off against Villarreal. Alexander Sorloth is a fitness doubt. Julian Alvarez missed training on Thursday and his availability remains uncertain, with ongoing transfer interest complicating his status. A Simeone side potentially without their suspended first-choice centre-back and two further senior players is not the version that ground out a 2-0 win over Malaga in the opener. Atletico did score twice in their 2-2 draw with Villarreal and retain Ademola Lookman as their expected central attacking option, so their capacity to contribute to the scoring is not absent.
Sevilla beat Atletico 2-1 in the most recent meeting between the sides in April 2026. Atletico won three of the four previous matches — results that point to closely fought contests rather than defensive stalemates. Sevilla’s run of form across their opening two fixtures, combined with Atletico’s personnel disruption in defence, creates a setting where three goals feels like a reasonable expectation rather than an optimistic one. The risk is that Simeone organises his side conservatively despite the absences, but Sevilla’s home scoring record in this early part of the season makes a low-scoring match harder to build a case for.
