West Yorkshire Hurdle Odds
The West Yorkshire Hurdle, also known under the name of John Smith’s Hurlde, is a popular race that takes place at Wetherby the first week of November. It is one of the first races of the new National Hunt horse racing season and it does attract lots of interest from punters who are keen to see in what shape the top horses are. It is a Grade Two race which is run over 3 miles, 1 furlong and has 13 hurdles to be negotiated. Horses that are four years old and over are invited to take part.
Since it was established in 1990 has become a permanent fixture in the National Hunt horse racing season. You will find that all the top stables are represented here. Repeat winners tend to be a trend as we have seen with Mouse Morrie and Fair Along in the last few years.
This is a very competitive race and there are good opportunities to be found also on the ante-post betting market. Below you can compare the odds of the West Yorkshire Hurdle
