Weekend Football Predictions | The Gunners to return to winning ways!
Greetings everyone. Club football is back this weekend and it brings us plenty of action across the European continent. It should come in handy after the unsuccessful longshot we had with the national teams last weekend in the treble.
The BT4Y crew landed just one of three bets last time out. It was the “Both Teams To Score” pick in the match between Kosovo and the Czech Republic (ended 2-1) at the odds of 5/6. Bosnia-Herzegovina practically lost all hopes of qualifying for the European Championship 2020 after a shocking 4-2 defeat in Armenia.
Finally, the last bet was the Under 2.5 goals FT in the clash between Finland and Italy. Even though there were no goals until the hour-mark, Italians ended up winning 1-2 on the occasion.
Here is the new weekend acca, now featuring club teams:
#1 Norwich v Manchester City
The difference between these two likes is enormous and we believe the Citizens should be in full control from the very first whistle in the last game of Saturday’s Premier League schedule. The Canaries do look very interesting in the elite class, but their defensive line does not seem to fit this level of the competition. Norwich City shipped 11 goals in four league ties so far. They are now going face to face with the deadliest attack in the league.
The first pick is the Over 3.5 goals FT at the odds of 8/13!
#2 Bournemouth v Everton
Everton played tight defensive-minded football during pre-season friendlies as well as at the very start of the new Premier League campaign. However, Marco Silva suddenly decided to change his approach as the Toffees were part of two high-scoring affairs in the last two games they played. They first saw off Lincoln City 2-4 in the League Cup before beating Wolves 3-2 in the Premier League. Knowing that four of the last five outings the Toffees played against the Cherries also saw goals scored at both ends, we will go for such a scenario here.
The second pick is Both Teams To Score at the odds of 8/13!
#3 Watford v Arsenal
Watford got off to one of the worst starts ever with a streak of three defeats and a draw in four opening games. The managerial change came as a consequence as Quique Sanchez Flores took over his compatriot Javi Gracia on the bench. Nevertheless, such a change will count for little when the Hornets take on Arsenal who look determined to make big things this season in the Premier League. The visitors are well worth backing at the odds of 19/20 here.
The third bet is Arsenal to win at the odds of 19/20!
