Tuesday – Chelsea vs AFC Bournemouth

John Pentin; Sports journalist at BettingTips4You
Rationale:
Tuesday’s fixture at Stamford Bridge promises an action-packed affair, with goals expected in abundance. Chelsea have showcased a potent attack this season, finding the net 39 times in just 20 Premier League matches, translating to an average of nearly two goals per game. However, their defence has been less convincing, managing just a single clean sheet at home so far. This defensive fragility has led to high-scoring encounters on their own patch.

Bournemouth, on the other hand, have been impressive going forward, especially on their travels. They’ve managed to score at least twice in each of their last five away league fixtures, thriving on swift counterattacks led by the likes of Dango Ouattara and Justin Kluivert. Their third-highest Expected Goals (xG) figure in the Premier League underlines their capability to consistently produce high-quality chances. With both teams struggling at the back and boasting dynamic attacking setups, this matchup appears destined for goals.

Best bet – Over 3.5 goals

Wednesday – Arsenal vs Tottenham

Herrin Kendrick; Sports journalist at BettingTips4You
Rationale:
The north London derby is always a fiery encounter, and Wednesday’s clash at the Emirates should be no exception. Arsenal head into this match as clear favourites, but their defensive vulnerabilities make a clean sheet seem unlikely. The Gunners have failed to shut out their opponents in their last four matches in all competitions, conceding to teams far less threatening than Tottenham. With Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Jesus missing, much of Arsenal’s attacking impetus will fall on Martin Ødegaard, Leandro Trossard, and Kai Havertz – the latter yet to prove himself consistently clinical in front of goal.

Tottenham, despite their inconsistencies, remain potent in attack, netting 42 goals in their 20 league games this season. Son Heung-min continues to be a standout performer, with support from Dejan Kulusevski and the industrious Lucas Bergvall in midfield. However, their defensive frailties remain a concern, which Arsenal are likely to exploit. This setup suggests a match where both teams find the net, with the hosts having the edge.

Best bet – Arsenal to win and both teams to score

Thursday – Manchester United vs Southampton

Steve Harrington; Sports journalist at BettingTips4You
Rationale:
Manchester United’s midweek clash with Southampton at Old Trafford looks set to deliver plenty of goals. Southampton are struggling at the foot of the table, largely due to their leaky defence, which has conceded 13 goals in their last five Premier League outings. This poor defensive record offers Manchester United a prime opportunity to rediscover their scoring touch after a frustrating run of form.

That said, United’s own defensive issues have been evident, leading to goal-heavy games in recent weeks. Four of their last five home matches in the league have seen over 2.5 goals scored, a pattern that is likely to continue against a Southampton side desperate to climb out of trouble. Both teams’ weaknesses at the back, combined with their willingness to attack, should result in a free-flowing game with goals aplenty.

Best bet – Over 2.5 goals

Friday – Eintracht Frankfurt vs Borussia Dortmund

Wolfgang Shotten; Sports journalist at BettingTips4You
Rationale:
The Bundesliga clash between Eintracht Frankfurt and Borussia Dortmund on Friday night has all the ingredients for an entertaining spectacle. Borussia Dortmund are renowned for their attacking style, and their matches often feature goals at both ends. They come into this fixture in good form, with their forward line continuing to deliver.

Frankfurt, meanwhile, are no strangers to high-scoring games at home. Their last five matches at Deutsche Bank Park have witnessed an incredible 24 goals, with over 70% of their home fixtures this season surpassing the 2.5-goal mark. The hosts’ ability to find the net consistently, coupled with Dortmund’s defensive vulnerabilities, makes it highly likely that both teams will score in this encounter. The attacking talent on show from both sides should ensure plenty of action in the final third.

Best bet – Both teams to score

Saturday – Newcastle vs Bournemouth

Gram Dodd; Sports journalist at BettingTips4You
Rationale:
Newcastle’s impressive form continues to catch the eye, and they’ll be confident of extending their winning streak when Bournemouth visit St James’ Park on Saturday. The Magpies have strung together five successive league victories, scoring 15 goals in the process. Alexander Isak has been instrumental in their attacking success, supported by a well-organised midfield and strong wing play.

Bournemouth, however, cannot be underestimated. Their recent performances on the road have been exceptional, as they remain unbeaten in their last four away matches, scoring 11 goals in the process. Despite this, the long trip to Newcastle is likely to prove challenging, particularly against a side brimming with confidence and solid at the back. While the Cherries possess enough quality to trouble most defences, Newcastle’s overall balance and home advantage make them clear favourites to secure another three points.

Best bet – Newcastle to win
