St Leger Festival 1024x767 - St Leger Meeting Betting

St Leger Meeting Betting Odds

The St Leger meeting at Doncaster racecourse is one of most anticipated flat horse racing festivals. It takes place towards the end of the flat season with the feature race that is the Group One St Leger that will take place on the final day of the meeting.

Throughout the St Leger Festival there are a total of 28 races. There are five Group Two in addition to the £300,000 Weatherbys Insurance Stakes which is open to 2 years old horses. This is always a very competitive race where we have the opportunity to see some of the best juveniles in the UK and Ireland.

Another top race is the Group Two Doncaster Cup. This is on day three of the festival, and it is traditionally one of the best of the meeting. This race is even older than the St Leger, and it is the third leg of the Stayers Triple Crown. The other two are the Ascot Gold Cup and the Goodwood Cup. During the festival, you will also find many other competitive handicaps. Below you will find links to all the supporting content we have on the St Leger Festival.
