The Race to Dubai

Even though the European Tour runs the Race To Dubai, it is an international event. The reason behind the change in format was to involve more top World’s golfers’ players to join the European Tour. Huge prize money are up for grasps every single week with players that are trying to qualify for the final event, which is the Dubai World Championship. In the schedule, there are included all four golf Majors like the British Open and the Masters, in addition to all four Golf World Championship events. At the beginning of the year, some events are played in Arabia under the name of ‘Desert Swing’. Some other tournaments are also taking place in South Africa and Asia.
