Peterborough Chase Odds
The Peterborough Chase takes place at Huntingdon either at the end of November or beginning of December every year. It is a Grade 2 National Hunt Chase which is open to horses aged four years old and over. This horse race is included in the Huntingdon’s meeting and provides a top opportunity for some betting before the season moves to the busy Christmas period.
This race is over a distance of 2 miles and 4 1/2 furlongs and has 16 fences that horses have to negotiate. This race is used as a trial for the Ryanair Chase or the Champion Chase. Trainer Henrietta Knight has had great success in this race as she has been able to win it eight times in total from 1998 and 2007. It is therefore key to always consider the horses she is bringing here when betting on this event. Edredon Bleu managed to win this race four consecutive times from 1998 to 2001, and that record hasn’t been matched as yet. Below you can compare the odds on the Peterborough Chase.
