November Handicap Odds
The popular November Handicap is a race that takes place at Doncaster Racecourse at the beginning of November. It is a Class 2 contest that is open to horses that are aged three years and more. It is over a mile and a half distance and has a great tradition as it was established in 1876.
Without doubts, this is one of flat horse racing‘s highlights to take place outside the traditional summer season. The price is around £40,000 for the winner, and this ensures that the field is always very competitive.
Popular former winners are the likes of Zuider Zee in 2011 who was representing John Gosden and Malt Or Mash who represented Richard Hannon in 2007. Willie Carson has the record for the jockeys as he has won this contest three times. John Gosden and Sam Hall are the top trainers as they have won it five times each.
