The odds for the 2023 Premier League are led by world champions Michael van Gerwen and Michael Smith, although previous champion Jonny Clayton seems to have the best chance of winning. Price, who is a good bet not to reach the playoffs given that he has failed to do so thus far in four prior efforts, is the big gun who may go awry, however.
