Following a blank day yesterday, Steve Ryder previews three races on Monday 24th June. P&L +62.38pts.
2:00 Chepstow- Greeley 8/1 (0.5pt ew)
Greeley won three races in a row last season at this time of the year off marks of 60, 66 and 72. His modest efforts this season have meant that he has dropped down to a mark of 69 and he is of interest now fitted with first time blinkers.
Greeley is 3lb below his last winning mark and should run well at an each way price.
2:15 Southwell- Gris De Pron 12/1 (0.5pt ew)
Gris De Pon is extremely well handicapped on old form given that his two victories over hurdles have come off marks of 120. Despite never winning over fences he often jumps well but has suffered with broken blood vessels in the past.
Gris De Pon is fitted with first time blinkers and could run well with four places on offer.
4:30 Chepstow- Jungle Juice 9/2 (0.5pt ew)
Jungle Juice made all last time at Salisbury in an apprentice handicap off a mark of 64 over 6f on soft ground. She gets to run in this race off the same mark here with George Bass able to claim his full 7lb.
With up to five places available in this race, Jungle Juice looks hard to kick out of the frame.
