Following a 15/8 (3pt) winner yesterday, Steve Ryder previews two races on Monday 22nd April. P&L +24.53pts.
3:25 Huntingdon- So Lonely 5/2 (1pt)
So Lonely got off the mark last time when fitted with a first time hood. That victory was in a C&D maiden hurdle where she won by nearly four lengths at the finish. She steps back into handicap company today off a mark of 104 which we know she can be competitive off as she finished 3rd off the same mark three starts ago.
The Skelton yard reached 200 winners from the year yesterday with a six timer so the stable are flying and hopefully So Lonely can make it two C&D victories in a row.
5:00 Fairyhouse- Tout Est Permis 14/1 (1pt ew)
Gordon Elliott and Willie Mullins run 19/30 horses in the race this season but a chance is taken on the Noel Meade trained Tout Est Permis. He moved from the Mouse Morris yard for this season where he is now 3-3 for his new trainer. He won at Galway off a mark of 128 before bolting up off 10lb higher in the Troytown Handicap Chase proving he can cope with big fields.
Tout Est Permis won a Grade 2 at Thurles on his last start despite dropping back to 2m4f and on that run looks sure to be suited by the marathon distance today. He has to shoulder top weight in the race but with six places on offer he should go well.
