Following a poor day yesterday, Steve Ryder previews two races on Thursday 7th November. P&L +14.87pts.
6:10 Southwell- Hareem Queen 2/1 (1pt)
Hareem Queen returned from a break to win a maiden over C&D impressively by 4 ½ lengths and she is the most interesting horse in the field now making her handicap debut. She finished 4th in both of her first two starts before her victory last time and her opening mark of 78 looks workable.
Hareem Queen can build on her success last time and should be able to score on her handicap debut.
7:55 Chelmsford- Catheadans Fury 10/1 (0.5pt ew)
Catheadans Fury was a C&D last season off a mark of 57 before she finished 4th off a mark of 60 the month after. She finished 2nd at Bath in August off a mark of 59 and following a couple par efforts at Bath and Kempton she has dropped back down to a mark of 58.
Catheadans Fury is well drawn from Stall 5 and off only 1lb higher than her C&D success last season she should run well with four places on offer.
