4:50 Cheltenham- Le Prezien 12/1 (1pt ew)
Le Prezien won this race last year off a mark of 150 and runs it in this year off only 1lb higher. He was sent off 7/2 favourite for this race as a novice in 2017 where he ran with credit to finish 8th despite his jumping slightly letting him down. Last year he won easily by 4 ½ lengths despite being hampered 3 out and looked to enjoy coming off a strong pace. Gino Trail, who finished 2nd last season, is in the race once again and will no doubt set another furious gallop which will benefit Le Prezien once again.
Le Prezien jumped poorly last time at Sandown which is a concern but this race has no doubt been his target all season and he will have had plenty of schooling in the run up the race. With five places available each way he looks a solid each way bet.
