Both Teams To Score & Win Tips | Massive 6/1 Odds Offered for Derby’s Win in a High-Scoring Thriller at Elland Road!
Hello everyone. The third round of the FA Cup did not bring us much joy last weekend when it comes to the BTTS & Win section. We failed to land a single of three big longshots. We are thus very much looking forward to fix it up on Friday with three very interesting picks. Before we get to these, let’s just briefly remind of what we did wrong last time out.
We got the home win right in the clash between WVA and Wigan, but it was only a 1-0 victory. Norwich City disappointed their fans with a 0-1 home loss to League One leaders Portsmouth, while Peterhead surprisingly lost the home match against Clyde 1-2 in Scottish League Two.
Here are three super interesting picks for Friday:
Pick #1 – Leeds United v Derby County – Away win & BTTS @ 6/1 (low stake) – English Championship – 11th January 2019, 19:45.
Leaders Leeds lost three on the bounce in all competitions and will come into this in low spirits. They have been very easy to break down in process allowing as many as eight goals in these three defeats. This is why we see a huge opportunity for Frank Lampard’s men to shine and claim a big scalp at Elland Road, much like they did on December 29th when they dispatched Norwich City 3-4 at Carrow Road. The odds of 6/1 are just too good to be skipped.
Pick #2 – Newry City v Crusaders – Away win & BTTS @ 15/8 (low stake) – Northern Irish Premiership – 11th January 2019, 19:45.
Crusaders have a nice chance to move lock on points with leaders Linfield with a victory over penultimate-placed Newry City in the first game of Matchday No 25 on Friday night. The visitors have been flying high in recent outings and they head into this off the back of six successive wins in all competitions. They conceded at least a goal in four of last five victories. Newry City lost three and drew two of past five matches, each of which saw goals scored at both ends.
Pick #3 – Santa Clara v Benfica – Away win & BTTS @ 9/4 (low stake) – Portuguese Primeira Liga – 11th January 2019, 19:00.
Benfica returned to winning ways on Sunday when they saw off Rio Ave 4-2 in a six-goal thriller at Estadio da Luz. They are still seven points shy of table-toppers Porto and need to keep winning in order to keep ground on defending champions in the battle for the silverware. They are favourites against Santa Clara who shipped two goals in each of last two league affairs against the likes of Tondela and Feirense.
