Banker Weekend Accumulator Tips | Copa America Treble!
Greetings fellow punters. We sincerely hope you followed our banker selections last weekend when the crew landed the 4/1 treble without any problems. Iceland saw off Albania 1-0 at home thanks to Burnley’s Johann Berg Gudmundsson who bagged the only goal of the game halfway through the first half.
The second bet saw us go for the Under 2.5 goals option in the low-profile tie between Moldova and Andorra. The hosts snatched a narrow 1-0 win on the occasion. Finally, Belgium stormed past Kazakhstan just as we expected. We went for the Red Devils to have at least a two-goal cushion at the half time. Dries Mertens and Timothy Castagne notched goals within opening 14 minutes of the affair to help us land the third pick as well.
We are looking to back up such success hitting another treble this time around.
#1 Venezuela v Peru
Peru showed decent performances at the World Cup in Russia last summer. They were unlucky to lose narrowly to both France and Denmark and suffer an early group stage exit, but Los Incas clearly possess talent in their line-up. They have to be seen as favourites in the opening round clash against Venezuela who have not been anywhere near qualifying for the World Cup in the last decade.
The first pick is Peru or Draw Double Chance at the odds 7/20!
#2 Argentina v Colombia
Argentina and Colombia take on each other in one of first round derbies on Saturday evening in Salvador. Both sides will go into the game in high spirits following recent wins in friendlies. Los Cafeteros claimed a pair of 3-0 victories over Panama and Peru in June. Los Gauchos, on the other side, demolished Nicaragua 5-1 last weekend. Argentina have a star-studded squad led by Lionel Messi and we doubt they will lose the first game at the competition.
The second pick is Argentina or Draw Double Chance at the odds of 3/10!
#3 Paraguay v Qatar
Paraguay and Qatar also feature Group B and their H2H clash will likely determine the third-placed team in the group with the likes of Argentina and Colombia. Anything but a win here would be a massive hit to both teams’ ambitions of advancing the group. Paraguay saw off Guatemala 2-0 on Saturday evening, while Qatar fell 2-0 to Brazil earlier last week. It was Qatar’s first action since they won the Asian Cup title in February this year (a 1-3 win over Japan in the final). The quality is on Paraguayan side and we expect them to justify the favourites tag here.
The third pick is Paraguay to win at the odds of 13/20!
