Daniil Medvedev managed to win The Red Group with three straightforward wins against Hurkacz, Zverev and Casper Ruud in the semi-finals. The Russian is the defending champion and will be very motivated to end also this year on a high. To do so, he will need to defeat, for the second time in this event, Alexander Zverev, who finished second in The Red Group, with the only loss that was against the Russian.

In the semi-final, the world No. 3 managed to prevail against Novak Djokovic in the most challenging match of the week. Eventually, the German managed to prevail for 6-7,6-4,6-3, but surely he spent lots of energy, which cost him in the final. We expect another big match between these two players, but Medvedev to secure a relatively comfortable win looks the best bet here.
